  1. How do I place a custom order with Kade Rae Customs?

    • To place a custom order, simply navigate to the product you wish to personalize. Click on the customization options provided and follow the prompts to input your preferences. Once you're satisfied with your choices, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you do not see the item you want please email us at admin@kaderae.com and we will work up a design just for you. 
  2. What customization options are available for your products?

    • We offer a wide range of customization options, including color choices, text personalization, and design variations. Each product page provides details on the available options. If you have specific requests or unique ideas, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
  3. How long does it take to receive my personalized order?

    • The production time for personalized orders varies depending on the complexity of the customization and our current order volume. You can find estimated processing times on each product page. Once your order is complete, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location.
  4. What is your return policy?

    • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However due to our items all being custom made for each order we do not accept returns, if your item is damaged in shipping please reach out right away. 
  5. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

    • Once an order is placed, it enters our production process quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the checkout process. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if production has already begun.
